850/V70 rear springs and shock absorbers replacement

1. Remove shock absorber top bolts (3 nuts from inside the car). 2. Remove shock absorber bottom attachment. 3. Jack up the suspension arm so the shock absorber bottom attachment aligns. 4. Install new shock absorber and spring. You will need an 18 mm ring wrench for the shock absorber top.

The biggest challenges are the top mount bolts and the spring bottom attachment nut. If the bolts don't come loose easily, the job takes longer. In a perfect world, the work goes quickly.
