850 ECC temperature sensor cleaning

Symptoms: climate control works but cold air adjustment doesn't function properly. The setting lever on the driver's side responds only at extreme positions. Automatic climate control is identified by stepless speed adjustment and temperature display markings.

1. Remove sun visors: lever cork caps open, remove 10 mm screws. 2. Remove sun visor (10 mm screws). 3. Remove B-pillar trim from upper end by carefully removing clips. 4. Rotate red roof trim connector pin 90°. 5. Pull roof trim from its clips. 6. Access temperature sensors in small holes behind the sun visors.
