Ignition module EZ116K

The mod allows you to change the ignition timing advance across the entire map. Options: Pin 19 to ground: 6 degrees retard Pins 18 and 19 to ground: 3 degrees advance This is done by grounding specific pins on the EZK unit.

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the plastic panel from the driver side footwell (3 Torx bolts). 2. The EZK box is located between the brake and accelerator pedals at the top. 3. Pull the metal clip to the rear, release the front of the cam, and pull the cam out. 4. Open the 3 crosshead bolts on the cam and push the connector out of its protective sleeve. 5. Get a female connector (found in e.g. seat belt warning unit) and wire it to the desired pins.
