Standard boost pressure on B230FT is about 0.5 bar. 1. Install a calibrated boost pressure gauge. 2. Install a spring-loaded relief valve (e.g., TurboSmart BoostTee, 40–60 €). 3. With the stock tune, you can safely increase boost pressure to 0.6 bar with 98E gasoline.

How is the ECU chip replaced?
The ECU is located in the passenger footwell at the base of the A-pillar, under plastic, in a sheet metal box held with a latch. Find the ECU part number on the side (e.g., BOSCH 0 280 000 984).
