Electric parking brake V70 — service position

To replace rear brake pads, you need a device that can move the brake cylinder pistons to service position. This can be done with a newer Bosch tester, which is found in most repair shops.

At any repair shop with a newer Bosch tester, the calipers can be opened. For example, AD repair shops can do this. Without the tester, pad replacement is not possible in a home environment.
