Check values and adjustment values cold/warm: Intake valves: Check: 0.15–0.25 mm (cold) / 0.20–0.30 mm (warm) Adjust: 0.20 mm (cold) / 0.25 mm (warm) Exhaust valves: Check: 0.35–0.45 mm (cold) / 0.40–0.50 mm (warm) Adjust: 0.40 mm (cold) / 0.45 mm (warm)
What is the D24/D24T oil fill capacity?
D24: 5.0 liters (without filter), 6.0 liters (with filter). Min–Max difference: 1.0 liter. D24T: 5.0 liters (without filter), 6.0 liters (with filter). Min–Max difference: 1.0 liter. Turbo: If the system is completely drained, add 0.6 liters to the oil cooler in addition.
What is the D24/D24T compression pressure?
Minimum compression pressure 2.4 MPa (24 kp/cm²). Maximum cylinder-to-cylinder difference 0.8 MPa (8 kp/cm²).
What are the camshaft lift values?
Maximum lift: Intake valves: 8.5 mm Exhaust valves: 9.0 mm
