Here is some necessary information for troubleshooting. Measurements are taken at your own risk; resistance values are measured with connectors disconnected directly from the sensor. Green connector. Fuel pressure +300 kPa (3.0 kp/cm2) relative to intake manifold pressure T (Throttle) - Throttle closed 1.0 kΩ - Throttle open 2.5 kΩ AMM (Air Mass Meter) - Pin 1: 0 V (ground) - Resistance between pins 2 & 3: 2-4 Ω - Pin 5: +12 V when power is on (comes from the same relay 2/12 as injectors, TK valve electrical, control unit sends ground signal to relay) Injector - Resistance: approx. 16 Ω - Injection volume at pressure 300 kPa: 185 cm3/min - Connected to two groups, in one group numbers 1, 2 & 4 TK valve (Idle control valve) - Resistance between pins 1 & 2: 25 Ω - Resistance between pins 2 & 3: 25 Ω - Pin 2: +12 V when power is on Impulse sensor - Resistance between pins 1 & 2: 240-400 Ω TK valve (Idle control valve) - Resistance between pins 1 & 2: 25 Ω - Resistance between pins 2 & 3: 25 Ω - Pin 2: +12 V when power is on Impulse sensor - Resistance between pins 1 & 2: 240-400 Ω Lambda sensor (Green wire signal) - Heating resistance when cold (+20°C): 3 Ω - Heating resistance when hot (>350°C): 13 Ω - Tightening torque: 55 Nm - Output voltage λ>1 "lean" close to zero (this changes constantly, so voltmeter does not show the full truth) - Output voltage λ<1 "rich" approx. 0.9 V Temperature sensor (approximate values from table) - Temperature / Resistance - -20° / 20.0 kΩ - 0° / 8.0 kΩ - +20° / 3.1 kΩ - +40° / 1.4 kΩ - +60° / 0.6 kΩ - +80° / 320 Ω - +100° / 160 Ω Ignition coil - Resistance between pins 1 & 15: 0.5 Ω Ignition advance - B6xx4F/G: 5° ±2 at speed 750 rpm ±50 CO content - B6xx4F: 0.4-0.8 % - B6xx4G: 0.5-2.0 %
